To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns are not accepted for personalised products unless the item arrives faulty. -
Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. In cases where a package is delayed or lost due to courier or logistics issues, it requires a 30-day waiting period from the shipment date before a full refund can be issued. -

We pay for the return shipping in cases of defective or damaged items. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. -
