1. Order Processing:
   All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
   Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates:
   We try to make shipping easy for everybody. At the moment, we offer free shipping Australia-Wide.
3. Shipping Methods:
   We currently offer only free standard shipping.
   Standard shipping usually takes 8 to 15 days for most items. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Australia. Orders sent to regional, rural, or remote areas may take longer due to carrier transit times and local delivery access. Some heavy items take 30 to 50 days to be delivered within Australia. You can check the delivery time on the product page for a particular product. Please note that the majority of our products are stored in our overseas warehouse, and these items are dispatched directly from there.
4. Order Tracking:
   Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link from which you can track your order. Also, you can visit our tracking page to track your order.
5. Delivery Issues:

   It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
