Important Safety Information
Use only as directed. Before use, confirm that the product is specifically suitable for your pet's species, age, size, and weight. Do not use a product intended only for dogs on cats, or vice versa.
Paralysis Tick Warning: This collar may not provide adequate protection against paralysis ticks. If you live in or travel to a paralysis tick risk area, consult your veterinarian about an appropriate tick-prevention program. Regularly check your pet for ticks even when using a flea or tick prevention product.
Young, Pregnant or Unwell Pets: Consult your veterinarian before use on very young animals, pregnant or nursing pets, elderly animals, pets receiving veterinary treatment, or pets with an existing medical or skin condition.
Do Not Combine Treatments Without Advice: If your pet is already using another flea, tick or parasite-control treatment, consult your veterinarian before using this collar at the same time.
Prevent Chewing and Ingestion: Do not allow your pet or another animal to chew, lick or ingest the collar. Keep trimmed pieces and packaging safely away from pets and children.
Check the Fit Regularly: The collar should be comfortably fitted without being excessively tight. Check the fit regularly, particularly on growing puppies and kittens. Make sure the collar does not cause rubbing, pressure or skin irritation.
Do Not Use on Irritated or Damaged Skin: Avoid placing the collar over wounds, inflamed skin or areas already showing irritation unless advised otherwise by a veterinarian.
Monitor After First Use: Observe your pet carefully after fitting the collar, particularly during the first few days. If you notice skin redness, excessive scratching, drooling, vomiting, diarrhoea, unusual tiredness, weakness, difficulty walking, tremors or other unusual behaviour, remove the collar and contact a veterinarian.
Wash Hands After Handling: Wash your hands after fitting or handling the collar, particularly before eating or handling food. Avoid contact with your eyes and mouth.
Keep Away From Children: This product is intended for animal use only. Keep the collar, packaging and trimmed pieces out of reach of children.
Inspect the Collar Regularly: Check for cracking, deformation, loose components or other signs of damage. Stop using the collar and replace it if it becomes damaged.
Water Exposure: Normal exposure to rain or occasional bathing may be suitable; however, prolonged or frequent immersion in water may shorten the effective protection period.
Store unused collars in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, flames and corrosive substances.
Dispose of used collars and packaging responsibly and in accordance with local waste and environmental requirements.
