The product is great. Looks excellent on my dog, and I can ensure her safety as she is half husky and notorious to try and escape from the yard. I did find emails from the company a little condescending after I waited four days and my update still said that the order was waiting to be dispatched so I sent a polite email asking what the progress was as i haven’t had any updates after saying my payment was received & the email received stated “ Please note that our normal estimated delivery time is 8-15 days, that we mention on the product page.”
I understand that that’s the delivery time, but I was curious as if it had been sent off yet (?) or made any progress in the warehouse as 4 days seemed like a long time to still have not made any progress or received any updates as far as shipping goes.
But other than that, I’m happy with the product itself.
Best dog collar I have bought. It is well made and unlike previous collars does not cause skin irritation. Apple tag fits well and reflective bands mean I can see my black dog in the dark!

I originally purchased the incorrect size, and I’m waiting to hear back from you regarding a refund on this item however, I now have the correct size and I am very happy with it.
A bit devo as the collar is good quality but its advertised as waterproof and on closer inspection its not actually sealed in where you put the airtag. But still good quality just not waterproof.
Arrived quickly. Great quality. Unfortunately it is too big for my Papillion. I followed the neck measurements but the collar is quite thick and it just does not sit comfortably on Oreo. So I recommend downsizing.
The air tag holder is DEFINITELY not waterproof. While the air tag is secure, it is not fully enclosed at either the sides (it doesn't quite fit into the sleeve) or the open front.
